Prop List

For our music video we are going to use a selection of different props, this will hopefully make the video more successful. Some of the props we will have to buy, others we already have and there will be some which we have to use our creative skills and create. In each different location there is going to be a selection of different props. The props are listed bellow in categories based on their locations, (not every location uses props).

Outside the nightclub

- Car/Taxi (This will be used for the shots when the band pull up to the nightclub and get out, there may also be other scenes shot in the car itself)

- Velvet rope on metal poles (This is used as a barrier outside clubs behind stand all of the people who are waiting to enter the club, we are going to use this so that our music video looks even more realistic)

- Clip Board (this will be used by the bouncer, he will look at us then down to the clip board and then back at us opening the door to let us through ahead of the long line of people)

Inside the nightclub 

- Glasses of drink (these will be used by us in some shots and the people around us to create the feeling that we are actually in a live night club and make the Mise en scene better)

- Microphones (these will be used in this location when we are performing this is so that we look realistic and it breaks up the lip syncing)

The Bathroom scene

- Lipstick (this one of the band members will put on in the bathroom scene)

- Hairbrush (another member will be brushing their hair with this item) 

- Powder (one of the members in the band will be applying this to their face)

The Glow Garden scene

- Glow sticks (these will be placed sticking up out of the floor to give the appearance of strange looking flowers, these will also be used as part of costume and part of other props)

- Bubbles (the mixture for these will be mixed with the liquid inside the glow sticks, this is so that the bubbles themselves glow in the dark)

- Clear glasses of water, with a glow stick in the bottom (these will be used as props for the drinks, because of the glow sticks in the bottom of the glass when ever something taps the glass an aura of light is shone out of the top of the glass this is because of the vibrations and the light particles bouncing of the glass)

- Balloons (these will be used in shots where people are playing with them and throwing them about, we will make these by sticking glow sticks inside of them)

The glow drop scene

- Balloons (these like above will have glow sticks inside to make them glow, these will be placed inside a sock of fabric hanging from the ceiling this is to create the illusion of dripping glow in the dark balls)
